Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly, attentively listen to their needs, and accurately evaluate their vehicle issues.
- Collaborate directly with technicians during the inspection phase to ensure a comprehensive and documented evaluation.
- Clearly communicate service recommendations and options to customers, taking the time to educate them so they can make informed decisions regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repairs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process, ensuring that the service you provide encourages repeat business.
- Keep clients informed throughout the repair journey, ensuring they feel at ease while we care for their vehicle.
- Provide exceptional follow-up service to each client, ensuring they had a positive experience and that all concerns have been addressed, while also advising them on their next service visit. Your goal should be to think about their vehicle so they don’t have to.
- Basic understanding of vehicle service and maintenance.
- Exceptional active listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
