Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and customers warmly, understand their needs, ensure a memorable experience, and promote available products and services.
  • Foster strong collaboration between retail and professional services teams
  • Manage appointments, input patient data, conduct preliminary tests, and assist in resolving patient concerns
