Customer Service Supervisor

As a Customer Service Leader at MAPCO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customer service standards are met and exceeded. Your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding the company's customer service benchmarks.
- Implementing cash control policies and procedures effectively.
- Complying with all relevant laws and regulations related to government-regulated products and services.
- Following health department safety protocols for food handling and preparation.
- Conducting thorough cleaning of the store's interior and exterior to meet company standards.
- Managing product stock and rotation, including items in coolers and freezers.
- Completing required training and achieving minimum performance standards.
- Adhering to the company's code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
- Inspiring sales associates to enhance store sales and profitability through effective selling techniques.
- Assisting the store manager in the recruitment, development, and training of staff to align with company expectations.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in reading, understanding, and speaking English at an eighth-grade level.
- Basic math skills are essential.
- Familiarity with basic computer and point-of-sale systems.
