Customer Success Manager

Pro-Vigil Surveillance Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute individual sales plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the installed base.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Technical aptitude, with experience in CRM software and data analysis.
  • Strong metrics background, with experience in tracking and analyzing customer data.
  • Ability to take direction and coaching to develop best practices.
  • Intellectually curious, with a passion for learning and growth.
