Job Description

Full Circle Insights is a leading provider of innovative marketing solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to clients to ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions.
  • Identify and address potential issues or concerns before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Salesforce certification (Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud, and/or Sales Cloud), or relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation programs and data analysis tools.
  • Experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other cloud-based technologies.
