Customer Success Manager

Pro-Vigil Surveillance Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and personalized support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Pro-Vigil services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, using insights to inform process improvements and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Technical aptitude, with experience working with CRM systems and other software applications.
  • Strong metrics background, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Intellectually curious, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales pitches and customer communications.
