Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Pro-Vigil, Inc. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our Outside Sales Team, and ensuring the success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Outside Sales Team Support
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Account Management
- Manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of direct work in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring regular use of standard office equipment.
