Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Pro-Vigil, Inc. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our Outside Sales Team, and ensuring the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Outside Sales Team Support
    • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Account Management
    • Manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
    • Develop and implement account plans to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of direct work in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
