Customer Success Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Associate to join our team at Insight Global in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our customer operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless interactions between our lab operations team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the lab operations team to gather data and provide information to clients, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict data protection protocols.
  • Input donor information into internal lab systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate specimen collection and delivery, ensuring timely and secure transportation.
  • Oversee the entry of patient donor data into national databases and perform client onboarding for new clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as clinical, healthcare, or medical science.
  • Proven experience in data entry, patient onboarding, and tracking/logging metrics in computer programs.
  • Excellent customer service and correspondence skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via email and phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Outlook, and other computer tracking programs.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
