HR Generalist - Recruitment Specialist at FactoryFix

Company Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in attracting and engaging passive talent, providing comprehensive HR support to management, and demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Design and implement training initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and overall performance.
  • Offer HR support to colleagues to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
  • Administer benefits enrollment and maintain accurate employee records.

Qualifications

  • Commitment to talent acquisition and fostering employee engagement.
  • Experience in recruiting passive candidates.
  • Background in Human Resources management.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily desk-based tasks.
  • Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms; must be able to hear, see, and speak.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
  • Work environment is primarily office-based with some exposure to manufacturing settings.
