Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes including sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Design and implement training initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and overall performance.
- Deliver HR support to staff members to cultivate a constructive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and practices.

Qualifications
