YOUR ROLE AS A WATER AND WASTEWATER PROJECT MANAGER

This position offers a balanced work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

As a Water and Wastewater Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your project administration skills will ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion. Key responsibilities include managing purchase orders, submittals, requests for information (RFIs), pay applications, and more. You will also oversee scheduling, ensuring that materials are available when needed. Your financial acumen will help you manage project costs effectively while sourcing quality materials at competitive prices.

Building strong relationships with owners, engineers, and subcontractors is essential. You will address any questions or concerns that arise, utilizing your interpersonal skills. Promoting safety is a priority, and your team will know they can rely on your support. As projects progress, you will take pride in the high-quality outcomes achieved through your efforts.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction sector
  • At least 3 years of experience in project administration
  • Ability to interpret plans and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
