Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in security protocols, including physical security, investigations, and loss prevention.
  • Supervise and guide both regular and temporary security personnel, coordinating daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making skills in high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and security of all facilities.
  • Serve as the on-call agent for emergency situations, participating in a rotational standby duty schedule.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure all security measures are understood and followed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with significant relevant experience in security or law enforcement. Alternative educational backgrounds, such as an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, combined with appropriate experience, will also be considered.

Certifications:

  • ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification is required at the time of application.
  • A valid California Class C Driver's License or equivalent is necessary for driving duties.
  • State licensing as a Private Investigator is preferred.

Desirable Qualifications:

Possession of a Concealed Carry Weapon License (CCW) is considered an asset.
