Job Overview

As an Electrical and Controls Project Leader, you will engage across various sectors to deliver exceptional Operational Technology initiatives, documentation, and support, alongside Electrical design and equipment solutions. Your week may involve tasks at assembly lines, well heads, data centers, and beverage facilities, as well as providing managed SCADA services. Our team is committed to continuous learning and proficiency across diverse skill sets.

In this role, you will be expected to lead internal teams, contractors, and client resources. Candidates should possess field experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (EI&C) roles, along with demonstrated project leadership and management capabilities. Understanding root cause analysis and holistic project scopes is essential for delivering comprehensive results.

This position involves a hybrid work environment, including in-office collaboration, occasional remote work, and fieldwork for commissioning or ongoing support as necessary. Anticipated travel requirements (nights away from home) range from 10% to 30%.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace
  • Valid Driver's License with unrestricted travel capability
  • Familiarity with Programming
  • Industrial Networking experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Red Lion, Opto22, Ignition, VT SCADA, Phoenix Contact, Emerson, and others
  • Expertise in P&IDs, Control Narratives, Cause and Effects, and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS)
