The selected candidate will work closely under the guidance of project managers and design engineers, enhancing their expertise in report generation, design, project specifications, and construction oversight, with a strong focus on personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct construction oversight and administration for water and municipal projects.
  • Support Project Managers in the creation and preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Assist in the design and construction of pipelines, storage facilities, pump stations, treatment systems, and municipal infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with professional surveyors on fieldwork, including data collection for designs and construction staking.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate project and company tracking records.
Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Fundamentals of Engineering certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • All candidates must be able to fulfill pre-employment onboarding requirements, which may include background checks and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
  • 2-4 years of experience in water, wastewater, or rural water projects.
