Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary
Metroplusjobs is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and support throughout their lifecycle with our plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members to ensure continued retention with our plan.
- Assist members with completion of recertification applications and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interface with our Call Center to address member concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase member satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in an extended member lifecycle.
- Conduct competitor analysis and make recommendations to improve member retention techniques.
- Provide reports and data as requested to support ongoing organizational improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
