Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Operational Support: Assist in the coordination of daily operations, including bus and boat departures, guest check-in, and crowd management.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Equipment Management: Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of company equipment.
  • Reporting: Conduct and submit reports as assigned to support business operations.
Requirements
