Your Role:
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for making retail events come alive and resonating with today's generation.
Retail Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Apply customer service, sales, and marketing techniques to promote client information
- Present in-office group settings and one-on-one at events
- Build strong rapport with current clients and potential customers

- Quickly problem-solve to provide real-time solutions
