About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Sales Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Williamsburg store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product assortment, brand history, and value proposition to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in the visual merchandising of the store and product, creating an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Inventory Management: Work in the back of house to receive and organize inventory, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and easily accessible.
  • Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of in-store special events, promoting a fun and engaging shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically with customers and colleagues.
  • Judgment and Problem-Solving: Strong judgment and a service- and solution-oriented approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
  • Teamwork: Passionate, inclusive, and positive attitude, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including a starting hourly rate of $19/hour, a quarterly bonus program, and a 401K with a 4% Safe Harbor Match. We also provide commuter benefits and a quarterly product allowance.
