Job Summary

MAPCO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service leadership or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
