Position Overview:
Our organization is in search of a dedicated Community Manager who possesses exceptional attention to detail to become part of our innovative team.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in property management, which includes overseeing operations, managing procurement processes, and maintaining software systems. Effective communication with tenants and contractors is essential to ensure seamless office workflow.


Essential Experience Required:
Manufactured Housing Management Experience is a Must

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives

- Conduct weekly property inspections with follow-up actions

- Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquent accounts in collaboration with legal counsel

- Recruit, train, and mentor on-site personnel while conducting performance assessments

- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory

- Strong understanding of budgeting and proficient financial management and analysis skills

- Familiarity with computer systems is essential, including expertise in rent management software

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures in business practices

- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Comply with all relevant fair housing regulations governing real estate operations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management

- High school diploma or GED

- Outstanding customer service abilities

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Detail-oriented with excellent time management, leadership, and follow-through capabilities

- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting

- General computer and internet proficiency

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Compensation will be determined based on experience, with a requirement for property management expertise.
