About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Office Pride. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the commercial facility services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to target potential clients in the commercial facility sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in commercial facilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development.
  • Proven success in outbound sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
