About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Miami. As a Hybrid Support Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction for our small e-commerce business.

Responsibilities
  • Handle telephone calls and record important details
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and send follow-up emails
  • Process invoices from suppliers and manage accounts payable
  • Prepare correspondence, track incoming and outgoing documents, and ensure proper organization

You will also be responsible for generating monthly transaction reports, updating inventory spreadsheets, and participating in biweekly ecommerce management meetings.

In this hybrid role, you will work at least 1-2 days per week at our downtown office in Miami. The schedule is Monday to Friday.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English (read, write, and speak)
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. We offer a competitive salary range of $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
