Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I to serve as the Southern Regional Collaborative Coordinator. In this role, you will collaborate with program office staff, use independent judgment, take initiative, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's electronic calendar and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Provide administrative support to staff under the Director's supervision
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and process reimbursement vouchers
- Prepare purchase requisitions and receiving reports
- Comply with mandatory requirements for invoice processing

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent word processing, computer, and customer relations skills. You should also have knowledge of department services, grammatical expertise, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint is a plus.
