- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate events with precision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firm partners, staff, and clients.
- Ensure accurate filing, record-keeping, and communication of essential information.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Information
