  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate events with precision.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firm partners, staff, and clients.
  • Ensure accurate filing, record-keeping, and communication of essential information.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $37,440 - $41,600 based on an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday schedule, depending on experience.
