About the JobThe Regis HR Group seeks an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee daily administrative tasks and provide exceptional support to our executives. This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming phone calls, responding promptly and accurately, and directing correspondence to the relevant personnel.
- Process invoices and payments with precision, ensuring timely payment and minimal errors.
- Coordinate logistics for deliveries and pickups, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with vendors.
- Assist with filing and document management, keeping sensitive information secure and easily accessible.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- A strong understanding of office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, with experience using EROs like Sage X3 a plus.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
