Job Overview:

The Administrative Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for our members, managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to enhance the member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional member service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Greet members warmly, creating a positive and supportive environment
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, processing routine transactions, and supporting team efforts

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of relevant work experience.

Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly desired, as they will enable us to better serve our diverse membership.
