Responsibilities:
As an RN Resident, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your duties will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patient conditions.
- Administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
- Providing education to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
- Documenting care accurately and promptly in medical records.
Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one year.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required prior to program start.
- Registered Nurse License or eligibility to obtain prior to program commencement.
- No prior nursing experience necessary.
This position requires compliance with vaccination policies as mandated by local regulations.
