Position Overview:

  • Engaging in direct communication with customers to foster relationships.
  • Evaluating sales patterns and associated costs.
  • Building and sustaining customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Key Skills: Expertise in sales, strong relationship management, familiarity with Salesforce, advanced proficiency in Excel, and flexibility for travel.

Additional Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience in delivering presentations to senior executives.
  • Preferred background in distribution and laboratory sales.
  • Ability to manage gross profits and margins effectively.

Travel Requirements:

Up to 80% travel expected, including occasional overnight stays.

Educational Background:

A bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Physical Demands:

Capability to travel daily within the assigned territory.
