Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and precise handling of sales orders within the branch, adhering to all policies and procedures set forth by Sharp Electronics Corporation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and evaluate credit applications for pre-approval on all transactions, including cash transactions.
- Acquire buy-out and trade-up estimates as necessary.
- Facilitate the setup of new customer files and maintain existing customer profiles in collaboration with Master Data.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of order documentation, including leasing requirements and maintenance contracts.
- Input orders into SAP and CRM systems while ensuring compliance with revenue recognition policies.
- Act as either the primary or backup for Sales Compensation Administration, collaborating closely with the Branch Controller to ensure timely and accurate compensation payments.
- Manage consignment orders in accordance with established policies.
- Coordinate deliveries outside the territory and ongoing service with appropriate dealers.
- Serve as a liaison with Corporate National Accounts as required by orders.
- Monitor and report on order status in alignment with the Sales Potential (ZOFT) report from entry to final invoicing.
- Work with leasing companies to ensure prompt funding of lease transactions.
- Ensure timely scanning and storage of all customer documents and complete deal packets for sharing with team members.
- Oversee the timely receipt of return authorizations for lease returns.
- Manage and report on lease portfolios.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to address billing issues and customer inquiries, assisting Accounts Receivable with issue resolution.
- Provide administrative and system support to assigned sales representatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support role or similar administrative or financial capacity.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is between $32,700 and $65,300. This range excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be influenced by various factors, including experience, education, training, certification, and location. Eligibility for annual discretionary incentive awards, commissions, and program-specific awards may also apply, subject to the governing rules.
