As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and retention with our long-term key customers, while sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and growth.
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within account.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- 7-10 years prior industry experience working for national Telcos, preferably in B2B.
- Can't quit attitude every single day.
- Grit and relentless perseverance.
- High attention to detail.
- Adaptable, strategic, and willing to put in the work to get the desired outcomes.
- Problem solver and relationship builder.
- Willing and able to travel as business development needs dictate.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills.
