We are seeking a seasoned B2B Key Account Director to lead our efforts in growing and nurturing relationships with key wireless telecommunications providers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and retention with our long-term key customers, while sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and growth.
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within account.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years prior industry experience working for national Telcos, preferably in B2B.
  • Can't quit attitude every single day.
  • Grit and relentless perseverance.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, strategic, and willing to put in the work to get the desired outcomes.
  • Problem solver and relationship builder.
  • Willing and able to travel as business development needs dictate.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • A proactive approach and a start-up mindset are essential.
