Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Strategic Account Management to lead our Enterprise business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and profitability through strategic client relationships, managing a team of account managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in our Enterprise client portfolio
  • Lead a team of account managers to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop and execute client-specific marketing and communication plans
  • Manage client reporting and utilization across the account portfolio, providing insights to executive management
  • Develop and execute proactive client outreach cadences, including quarterly business reviews and new RFPs/proposals
  • Manage key performance indicators to ensure growth and client satisfaction in the account portfolio
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in account management, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Proven track record of managing complex high-revenue client relationships and driving growth and profitability
  • Technical competence with an understanding of solutions delivered via web technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and work well in a team environment
  • High level of initiative and ability to lead a team, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving

Care.com is committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $190,000, annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
