Account Director Job Description

LMA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing account teams, and driving successful advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor account team members, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and maximizing ROI for clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the agency's growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Address client challenges and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in advertising or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare, QSR, financial services, or technology industries is preferred.
