About the Role

The Account Executive, Partner Solutions, Roundel is a key member of the Target Marketing team, responsible for building strong client partnerships and driving revenue growth through solutions-selling using data and insights. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital media environment, trends, and technologies, as well as a proven track record of revenue growth and accountability for sales revenue of $5M+.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client strategies, negotiations, and proposal delivery to align Roundel product and services with client needs and deliver highly integrated and effective solution-based packages.
  • Act as a consultant and client advocate to provide solutions that deliver on client needs, leveraging expertise in digital media, marketing, and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, expand client contacts, and engage with multiple strategic stakeholders to deliver impactful client presentations and education.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle for your accounts, empowering internal partner teams to bring industry-leading solutions that drive meaningful results to clients with integrity and transparency.
  • Provide monthly account updates, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasts to Roundel leadership.
About You

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in digital media sales, agency, and/or marketing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in the field, and a proven track record of revenue growth and accountability for sales revenue of $5M+. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities, are essential for success in this role.

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as Flex for Your Day) work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location, and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team, and tasks require for that day.
