Digital Account Executive

Hubbard Broadcasting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Account Executive to join our team. As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify sales opportunities and grow revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute sales strategies that meet client needs and drive business results.
- Provide exceptional customer service to direct and agency accounts, including regular in-person meetings and presentations of pertinent sales information.
- Utilize sales software to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and analyze sales data.
- Attend special events, such as remotes and broadcasts, which involve clients and require after-hours and weekend work.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, including spot, digital, and new direct business.
- 2-3 years of previous sales, advertising, digital sales, or media experience preferred.
- Knowledge of broadcasting and digital terminology and methodology preferred.
- Excellent written and oral English language communication skills.
- Ability to think critically, analytically, creatively, and logically, and to articulate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, and to meet and exceed sales targets.
