Overview:

We are in search of a professional with exceptional expertise in steering account goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commercial acumen, possess market insights, and prioritize the development and maintenance of customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive account expansion and nurture client relationships with internal Aptiv EDS wiring tier clients
  • Formulate customer strategies aimed at enhancing revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with Aptiv EDS Supply Chain Management, as well as Aptiv EDS sales and engineering teams to address commercial conflicts, foster proactive communication, implement strategic initiatives, and identify business growth opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales
  • At least 2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, etc.)
  • Proven experience in navigating complex commercial negotiations and developing sales capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree, over 8 years of sales leadership experience, negotiation skills with OEMs, familiarity with connection, device, and electrical systems, prior experience in automotive systems, and a background in sales and/or engineering.
