Regional Account Executive

Towne Mortgage Family of Companies has a long history of success in the mortgage industry, with a proven model that prioritizes RELATIONSHIP and SPEED. We are seeking a talented Regional Account Executive to help grow our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional mortgage solutions to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience in building relationships with mortgage brokers, banks, and other industry professionals. They will be responsible for generating production volume to meet channel goals, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the mortgage process from client approval through loan closing
- Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Submit call reports to Towne as requested
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Train additional Account Executives as needed
Requirements:
- Experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Common knowledge of conforming/government products
- Outgoing personality, excellent communication/presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Passionate about meeting the client's needs and providing exceptional service
