Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Product Leader to join our team at Transglobal Recruiting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in product management, with a strong understanding of technology trends and industry developments. You will be responsible for crafting and articulating our technology vision, defining strategic product initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Product Vision: Craft and articulate a clear and compelling product vision that inspires and motivates our teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Define and prioritize strategic product initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to drive product development and execution.
  • Communication: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product roadmap that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong understanding of technology trends and industry developments.
  • Education: Technical degree(s) preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers, context, and key issues, with the ability to execute strategy with minimal direction.
  • Financial Modeling: Ability to independently develop and apply financial modeling to highly complex situations to forecast and set strategy for team or functional group.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to use data to assess and independently establish targets and direction in matters of high complexity for team or functional group.
  • Team Player: Excellent team builder and team player, with the ability to attract and inspire talent.
