Requirements

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of financial professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Supervisory experience managing teams of 10-15 or more.
  • Experience working in a public higher education institution or with a firm that serves a higher education institution.
