Claims Customer Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a Claims Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is dedicated to assisting clients through the claims process related to total losses. Once trained, there may be opportunities for remote work up to two days a week.
Compensation: The starting annual salary for this position is $41,053, with potential for negotiation based on experience and relevant licenses in the Property and Casualty sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist clients with both new and ongoing claims via phone
- Manage correspondence related to the claims process
- Process payments to insured parties, claimants, and service providers
- Evaluate losses for various claims, excluding bodily injury
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Background in insurance is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Post-hire, employees must obtain a state insurance license and fulfill continuing education requirements (comprehensive training will be provided)
