">Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow franchise sales and revenue.
- Manage a team of professionals responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new franchise opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in franchise sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
