">Main Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new franchise opportunities in assigned regions.
- Build relationships with potential franchisees and provide guidance throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of franchise sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all franchise sales activities and performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools a plus.
