The Role: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing our business with Jan/San and Foodservice distributors, hospitality, healthcare, restaurants, and other independent businesses. You will develop business building ideas and sell these ideas to our accounts, as well as manage their implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
  • Provide expert knowledge of P&G Professional products and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license
  • Residence in the local market territory
  • Travel Requirement: 95% of time in the field; 20% travel – 1 day per week overnight
  • Core business hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday, some weekends and evening shifts required for overnight installs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a field-based sales position
  • Previous experience in the food service sales area
  • Experience in the JanSan industries, hospitality, healthcare, food service, and working with distributors
  • Spanish proficiency (oral/written)

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
