Territory Sales Representative

Reskin Medical is a growing company focused on positivity, learning, and great patient outcomes. We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to work in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and follow-up sales calls on prospective and current clients to develop strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Develop a sales plan aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
- Document sales activity and provide regular updates to the supervisor.
- Build internal and external relationships, establish credibility, and maintain a positive reputation.
- Identify, develop, and maintain sales accounts with new customers to drive revenue growth.
- Represent and promote Company interests with customers, ensuring a strong brand presence.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's success.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience required.
- Strong consultative selling skills and proven ability to close sales.
- Must possess and display ethical and compliant behavior.
- Disciplined time management skills and ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Ability to identify opportunities within the assigned territory and develop strategic long-term relationships with clients.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Current driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to align with RESKIN company culture and values.
Competitive Compensation Plan with Growth Opportunities
Base plus commission; $60-100k Annually
