Account Executive

At Bugcrowd, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the mid-market segment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that is changing the way organizations approach security.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the mid-market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Bugcrowd remains competitive in the market.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a closing role.
- 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Cyber security sales experience with pen testing as a plus.
- Proven track record of developing a territory and overachieving sales objectives.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and customer/client orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A charismatic, dynamic, extroverted personality.
- Very motivated and goal-oriented.
- Great cross-functional working relationships are necessary.
- Individually driven, but can work on a team as well.
