Job Title: Territory Development Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Territory Development Manager. This is a hybrid position that requires working in the office every Monday and Friday from 8am - 5pm, and remote work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage a business plan focusing on key and target accounts with annual revenue of $20,000 or more
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Makes cold calls to potential customers
  • Closes sales and increases margins through up-selling, specification and development work
  • Maintains and services existing business relationships
  • Provides feedback on changes in the market place
  • Manages assigned territories to increase sales and revenue
Requirements:
  • College degree or experiential equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in a sales role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
