Job Overview

Position Summary:

Parco, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Relations Specialist to undertake the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Client Relations Specialist with all aspects of order management, including portal entries, delivery updates, Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), and adjustments to delivery schedules.
  • Perform order entry tasks under the guidance of the Senior Client Relations Specialist.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction from the point of order placement through to fulfillment.
  • Receive and address customer inquiries for Key Accounts with oversight from the Client Relations Specialist.
  • Make independent decisions within established guidelines and identify when issues require escalation.
  • Manage select accounts as necessary.
  • Carry out additional related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles within a manufacturing context.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Preference for candidates with SAP experience.
  • Strong mathematical abilities, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measure.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
