This role involves overseeing landscaping construction, maintenance tasks, and snow and ice management operations.

We are in search of a professional with a blend of project oversight and team leadership capabilities, who is meticulous and possesses outstanding managerial skills.

The successful applicant will work closely with support staff during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition and to promote long-term success within the organization.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise crews throughout the year.

• Prepare and submit estimates for job procurement.

• Communicate with clients and the public as necessary.

• Organize crew operations, including both operational and administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with crews in the hardscaping division when required.

• Oversee procurement and inventory management of equipment.

• Work with the operations manager to coordinate snow removal activities (daytime operations).

• Collaborate with administrative support staff on accounting, human resources, marketing, and other related matters.

Essential Qualifications
• Experience in landscaping.

• Proven leadership and project management experience.

• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.

• Familiarity with interlocking and estimating processes.

• Strategic mindset with a commitment to long-term growth within the company.

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Travel Requirements:
Yes (as needed, between job sites)
