Role Responsibilities:

The Front Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a superior patient experience while delivering compassionate care. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that evolve over time, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies and maintaining high standards in electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical front office setting.
  • Experience in a high-volume healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
  • Knowledge of urology or urogynecology is advantageous.
  • Current certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
