Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team at Price Family Dealerships. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and direct callers to the appropriate associate within the dealership.
  • Make customer service appointments and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Look up customer service records and advise on services and warranty accordingly.
  • Verify customer vehicle status and provide updates as needed.
  • Conduct yourself in a friendly and professional manner on the phone or in person with customers, vendors, clients, and job candidates.
  • Take messages and deliver to appropriate dealership associate.
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient and pleasant when faced with challenging customers.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly. Bilingual a plus.
  • Automotive experience a plus, but not required.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

Working conditions are consistent with working in an office environment.

Salary and Benefits

$18/hour + bonus opportunity.
