We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at SSi People. As a key member of our IT Site Services team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our Field Sales Force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process ServiceNow orders for new hires, incidents, and device retrievals for the US Commercial field sales organization.
  • Perform device staging, technical troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all supported assets in stock.
  • Provide IT support for hardware and software issues, by working directly with clients as well as collaborating closely with the IT Service Desk.
  • Manage the return and distribution of IT devices.
  • Create and maintain accurate knowledge base articles related to the depot operations.

Requirements:

  • IT Technical School degree or certification and HS Diploma minimum.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support for desktops, laptops, or iPad devices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Windows, and Mac preferred.
